East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Program Manager for our IHH Team in our Behavioral Health Services Office located at 2 Old County Road in Barrington, RI.
The Program Manager will provide leadership and direction regarding the development of health services plans of the treatment plan meetings; monitor each consumers status and response to health coordination and prevention activities; and provide feedback regarding staff performance. Provide direction to staff regarding individual cases and supervise members of health home team in the development of wellness and prevention initiatives and health education groups.
Masters Degree in Human Service with LICSW/LMHC. Three (3) to five (5) years post-graduate clinical experience in rehabilitative mental health. Familiarity with RIACT2 regulations a plus.
