Program Supervisor jobs in Georgia
Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Licensed Professional Counselor / Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking a licensed professional counselor, or licensed social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist, to provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight of in-home mental health services to at-risk youth and their families.
Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Supervision of provision of services by Direct Care Workers (DCW)
- Maintain clinical supervision file and evaluate job performance quarterly for all DCW’s
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists.
- Maintain proper documentation to comply with state, local and federal regulations
Please note: All supervisions are provided from home during the pandemic via telehealth. All equipment needed will be provided.
