Program Supervisor jobs in Hawaii
Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the day-today program operations are met which includes but not limited to timely responding to client and stakeholder inquiries, defusing complaints, preparing reports and billing, collecting statistical data and conducting trend analysis, promoting public awareness and advocacy of program. The Program Supervisor must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with a minimum of three (3) years related work experience to include one (1) year supervisory work including experience working with targeted clients.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: HI State Criminal Check, Driver’s License, No-Fault Insurance Card, Access to Insured Vehicle, Hawaii/National Sex Offender Clearance, Education Verification
COMPENSATION: $57,683.64 - $66,013.00
