Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Get your foot in the door at a quality Child Care program! Columbia Child Development Program, a NAEYC accredited Keystone STAR 4 Child Care program in Bloomsburg, PA has an immediate opening for a Floater/ Assistant Group Supervisor. We are looking for an energetic, caring person who enjoys working with children. Hourly rate depends on education level and experience. Hourly rate range is $12.42-$14.30 per hour.
This is a full-time position working in a year-round Child Care program. Hours may vary, but will usually be 9:30am-5:30pm. Great benefits including health insurance and generous paid time off.
What we’re looking for:- Applicants must enjoy working with children

A CDA (Child Development Associate) or associate degree is preferred, however applicants must have one of the following credentials:
- A high school diploma or GED and two years of experience working with children
- 15 college credits in early education and one year experience working with children
- 30 college credits in early education.
What you’ll do:- Teach children and carry out the daily activities of child care under the guidance of Group Supervisors.
- Supervise and interact with children in all activities
- Help maintain a safe, healthy learning environment
