Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Recreation Director, each Program Supervisor will be responsible for the establishing of team rosters, drafting of participants, recruiting of coaches, maintaining, distribution and storage of respective equipment and uniforms, securing practice/playing facilities, game scheduling, game officials, and any other related responsibilities required to operate the program in a secure and proficient manner.
These individual Program Supervisors will report to the Recreations Director but may be asked to report to the board concerning program status, direction and future.
Each Program Supervisor will maintain all pertinent information regarding the disposition of equipment, needed equipment replacement etc. Any reimbursement or expenses incurred by a Program Supervisor should be pre-approved by the Recreations Director or Board as necessary.
