Establishes controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project. Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, coordination, and tracking of specific Building Automation System projects which have specified deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise level customers by creating efficient strategies for integration projects.
- Identify resources and budgetary requirements for multiple size projects.
- Execute plans by various methods that may include scheduling, delegation, and coordination with multiple team members and customers.
- Assess projects by utilizing quality control measures.
- Analyze key project goals.
- Communicate with executive team to ensure projects are aligned with business goals.
- Assist with training of employees on automation integration techniques.
- Ability to integrate, troubleshoot, and commission various building automation system platforms.
- Drive sales based on new and existing customer base.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Niagara N4 TCP certification
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in HVAC and/ or Building Automations Systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in program design and process management.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
