PMA is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences project management professional in the Boston/Cambridge market with 7 years of directly relevant experience in the real estate design and construction industry (see below) to interface and support our activity in the region. This critical role will deliver unparalleled client service in leading the project team of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other professionals through the process of strategic real estate planning, design and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement build outs and facilities assignments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Boston, Cambridge or the nearby suburbs of leading large ground up development and construction projects, including entitlement coordination, city permitting (special permits and building), design and construction. Experience in Healthcare, High Technology, and/or other Utility/Technology industry sectors is a plus.
