Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software such as Builder Trend
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
