Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Heavy Civil division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Mission for the position: We are looking for a manager that runs the day to day operations of complex projects ranging from $5M to $60M. We expect this leader to be independent and capable of managing several project engineers and superintendents, as well as foster relationships with clients and their representatives. Over time, the new Project Manager can grow into a senior management role.
Education: The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering but strong candidates with a solid background, experience, and knowledge of the industry will be considered

Salary Range: Based on experience and skill levels - $130,000 and above
Insurance: Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (100% paid for the individual, 50% for family members)

401k and Profit Sharing Plan: Safe harbor 401K profit sharing contribution is 3% of salary and 8% to 10% of total compensation. One-year vesting period for the profit sharing contribution.
