Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Project Manager Sr. - Construction manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     - Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and drawings
    - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

    - Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

    Requirements:

    - Proven experience in construction project management
    - Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation
    - Excellent time management and organizational skills
    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
    - Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
    - Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
    - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
