Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Being a Project Manager Sr. - Construction uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports. Additionally, Project Manager Sr. - Construction manages strategic client relationships and establishes clear lines of communication. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Job Summary
As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. Senior Project Manager will have the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing the superintendent, and other project related personnel in planning, coordinating and safety executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget in a manner that exceeds our clients expectations. The Senior Project Manager will also ensure that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. This position reports to the CFO/COO.
