Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler who will lead facility projects schedule development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules for all project activities, including Project Execution, Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Risk, Information Management, Health-Safety-Environment, Quality, Staffing, and Operations. This job is located in Morristown, Indiana.

Duties:

• Develop project life cycle schedules through full integration of pre-FID engineering, detail engineering, procurement and field executable construction schedules working together with PM, Procurement and PMO
• Develop project planning & control mechanisms considering business needs and highlighting all critical milestones
• Update and align project codes, activity codes, and WBS
• Coordinate week to week activities and updates as aligned with the project engineering and construction team
• Providing assurance on schedules submitted by contractors
• Analyze schedule logic, activity durations, constraints, float, resource loading, critical path(s) and leveling resources as needed to support project constraints
• Produce a schedule deliverables package appropriate for the project stage gate
• Analyze and provide reports on engineering contractor meeting baseline deadlines
• Produce project management reports that effectively communicate project performance, concern, and other indicators of schedule performance
• Participate in schedule risk workshops to establish schedule contingency
• Apply, monitor, and report schedule float and critical path
• Monitor and record approved schedule changes
• Manage stage gate baselines
• Support resource planning and allocation during project execution and construction phases
• Provide regular updates on project planning control to the database platform and support key KPIs presentation to Leadership team
• Conduct meetings with various stakeholders to align on project planning, considering all limitations and constraints

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 8 years of construction scheduling experience through entire project lifecycle
• Primavera P6 proficiency
• Experience working with Contractors, Engineers, and Project Managers
• Expertise in project status monitoring, analyzing critical milestones, generating early warning mechanisms, and supporting schedule expedition
