Duties:
- Manage daily bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control
-Wholesale account management and fulfillment/delivery planning
-Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
-Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage areas
- Monitor and maintain bakery equipment to ensure proper functioning
-Custom Order Recipe Development & Fulfillment as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including baking techniques and ingredient handling
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
