The Proof Department Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. ECI has an immediate opening for a Manager in its Industrial Department located in Billings, MT. The Industrial Department Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and department performance consisting of 10 to 15 electrical and mechanical engineers/designers executing industrial, commercial and water/wastewater design projects. Projects executed by this group include Industrial Power, Instrumentation and Control and Automation scope in support of the Petroleum Industry, manufacturing facilities, municipalities and other related industries. Engineering projects executed are of any size and include regular engineering maintenance work for long-standing clients. The Department Manager is also responsible for employee supervisory and non-project related duties as detailed below and is able to perform all duties with little to no direction and input from General and Executive Management.
