Being a Property Acquisitions Associate performs financial and risk evaluations of potential acquisitions. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Associate assists with drafting contracts or leases and may participate in negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Associate work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
