We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of success in managing multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our properties
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement property management plans and procedures
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and complaints
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all properties are in good condition
- Manage property budgets and financials, including rent collection and expense management
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all properties are leased in a timely manner and that vacancies are minimized
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
