Property and Evidence Clerk jobs in Tennessee
Property and Evidence Clerk receives, records, stores, and safeguards evidence collected from crime investigations. Prepares records of articles according to chain of custody procedures and maintains evidence database. Being a Property and Evidence Clerk releases property or evidence being retained to designated party for court presentation or other disposition. Maintains storage facility and coordinates proper disposal of sensitive materials including narcotics, bio-hazardous materials, firearms, and explosives. Additionally, Property and Evidence Clerk typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Property and Evidence Clerk works under moderate supervision. We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and work at properties in the Raleigh Area. We have been in business for 35 and plan to continue to grow and operate in the Memphis area.
- Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm in the office to answer phones and see tenants in person
- Turn and lease vacant apartments in timely fashion
- Renew tenant leases
- Collect and apply rent
- Help tenants apply for rental assistance
- Facilitate special projects
- Manage leasing agents
- Manage vendors and maintenance staff
- Add work orders into the system
- Approve timecards
- Communicate respectfully with tenants
- Enter vendor and utility invoices
- Maintain a clean working environment in the office
- Learn new skills and earn new certifications
- Maintain high work ethic and solve problems
Qualifications
Apartment complex management required
Pay is based on experience and skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
