Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations for a property or portfolio of properties. Responsible for coordinating routine and emergency maintenance, selecting and managing contractors, and leading property improvement projects. Being a Property Manager develops financial and business plans for profitable property ownership. Oversees budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery. Additionally, Property Manager may initiate or assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Property Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Property Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Maintain daily operations of storage property.
- Successful conversion of Leads
- Sales of boxes, locks, and packing material
- Manage account receivable process through pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and processing of daily bank deposit.

- Monitors the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues.
- Oversee contractors and third-party vendor’s work.
- Maintain foreclosure documentation organized and accurate, following company foreclosure checklist and set guidelines.
- Assist with the auction process.
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Works well in a team setting or independently
- Has good organizational skills and basic bookkeeping
- Knowledge of computers is a must (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc.)
- Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
- Open work availability, including weekends and some holidays
- Ability & willingness to perform light maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, lifting, etc.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
- Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
- Must be profit driven
- Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and pass a drug screen
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
