Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on DoD Contracts REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license

-Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance. Active clearance is not required for initial employment.
