Position summary

The Provider Network Coordinator supports all PNS Texas Executives by coordinating meetings and office operations. This role will create agendas, take meeting minutes, and do other clerical duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating Executives in meetings with multiple internal and external clients.
• Assist Executives in confirming all meetings, creating meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes (if needed), which will be shared with all respective key stakeholders.
• Manages office telephone and mail communications both internally and externally.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the VP of Operations.
• Experience in dealing with Doctors' offices, MSO and/or Health plans.
• Credentialing experience preferred.

Knowledge

• Intermediate experience using all Microsoft Applications, including Office 365.
• Required Time Management and Organizational skills.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent. 2 to 3 years of secretarial experience.
• Health Care experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
