Provider Network Director directs and develops a healthcare provider network. Designs and administers policies and services that comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Provider Network Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Provider Network Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Our network consultants are typically responsible for leveraging client provided data to contact providers, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage various elements of the contracting process. Our projects typically lasts 6-12 months (or longer).
All roles are 100% telecommute and are temporary by nature.

- Update provider data and document contracting activities.
- Provide feedback from prospective and newly contracted providers to the client.
- Perform problem analysis, identify solutions, and engage client stakeholders when necessary.
- Track the progression of contracts as they flow through the process and follow-up with colleagues when necessary to keep things moving forward.
