Provider Network Director directs and develops a healthcare provider network. Designs and administers policies and services that comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Provider Network Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Provider Network Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Provider Network Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Family Support Provider

  • Compensation: $17.50/hr.

    The Family Support Provider to develop a support system for parents of children with serious emotional disorders.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Assist and coach family to increase their knowledge and awareness of the child’s needs
    • Assist the family in building helpful relationships with child and family team members
    • Link family with support groups and other community resources
    • Provide helpful materials such as videos, books, articles or Internet address
    • Provide moral support during crisis and other critical periods
    • Assist family with preparations for meetings
    • Participate in other activities as defined by the treatment team and family
    • Appropriately submit required documentation; progress notes completed collaboratively, within 24 hours
    • Participate in the develop individualized service plans that wrap services around the family needs
    • Work collaboratively with the IHS and is given direction by the CPRC Youth Supervisor
    • Driving is an essential function of this position
    • Other duties as assigned

    High School/GED required

    WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be a family member with a child who has been or currently has a behavioral or emotional disorder
    • Missouri resident for at least two (2) years required
    • Must complete and pass the FSP Relias training and DBH FSP training
    • A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
