Provider Network Specialist jobs in Florida

We're in search of a Service Coordinator to fulfill a crucial role in providing support to Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, Ancillary Providers, Facilities, Delegated Entities, Benefit Vendors, and Value-Based Arrangements.

Position: Service Coordinator

Location: Doral, FL (Hybrid: Office on Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all in-house services for providers, including education and outreach initiatives.
• Manage and resolve escalated claim-related issues.
• Keep the organization informed about provider participation status.
• Process escalated service forms and oversee Provider Interest Forms (PIF).
• Draft and distribute pre-approved communications to providers.
• Review provider directory content, identifying and rectifying errors.
• Handle provider additions, demographic updates, and terminations.
• Coordinate and manage Letter of Agreement (LOA) processes.
• Ensure timely receipt of delegated provider rosters on a monthly basis, reviewing for accuracy and updating systems accordingly.
• Conduct audits to ensure proper implementation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Preferred prior experience in provider network management, healthcare administration, or similar field.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
