Payer enrollment, medical billing or insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review, monitor, and analyze enrollment documents, including education, residency and fellowship training, board certification and eligibility, licensure, professional work history, liability insurance, and malpractice history.
    • Generate, submit, and maintain contracting, insurance enrollment, licensing or privileging applications for requested companies, states or facilities.
    • Obtain missing information from provider or client as required to complete applications
    • Review all applications for accuracy and completeness.
    • Communicate with supervisors, or clients on the status of applications.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager.

    Position Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalency;
    • Computer competency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
    • Excellent customer service skills;
    • Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization;
    • Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and work independently;
    • Adherence to a high level of professional and ethical standards (in accordance with HIPPA standards)
    • Experience in leading a teams call/ meeting
    • Project management experience/ strategies
    • 40 WPM Typing

    Experience:

    Medical Credentialing: 1 year (Preferred)

    Customer service experience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
