Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be extremely detailed oriented, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform at a high level to meet the expectations required to perform each essential duty.

Job Description:

• Prepare and invoice clients on twice daily, bimonthly, monthly, and on an as-needed basis.
• Submit timely and accurate client invoicing
• Evaluate client rates with Executive Management Team
• Program industry-specific software
• Manage all company benefits as an accounting function
• Submit timely and accurate employee payroll reports.

Assist with answering general phone lines.

• Other duties may be assigned as well

Qualifications

• Previous billing and/or accounting experience required (3 years).
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous experience within the chauffeured transportation and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Candidate should be extremely organized, detailed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clients and employees
• Ability to type 45 WPM
• Effective process management and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
