Essential Functions

The Office Manager oversee daily office staff operations and work with field staff to provide excellent patient care. Work closely with office staff to assist and recognize areas needing attention and/or improvement. Be the first line of backup for the front intake desk and be willing to help in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office staff and assist in all areas of office management
• Assist with phone calls and open daily mail
• Update and maintain employee files and assist with new positions or outgoing employees
• Monitor time clock and recap biweekly timesheets for the Payroll Department.
• Communicate with Home Office to ensure proper approvals
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience supervising staff and working in a medical office
• Must have strong computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office applications of Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience working in an EMR
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to multitask, and remain calm under stressful situations
• The appropriate candidate will be professional and have a willingness to help others, have an open-door policy, and constantly strive to keep the workplace friendly and efficient.
• MUST be able to keep confidentiality in all areas to include employees, patients, and company matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
