Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Pay: $18 per hour
Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising an extraordinary group of programs (family intensives, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and young adult transition programs) all dedicated to healing the effects of early trauma. Calo Lake Ozark student capacity is 144 students across six different programs with a desire for continued expansion and diversification as appropriate. Calo when at full occupancy, employs approximately 225 employees.
This is primarily responsible for office management with greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, and representing Calo programs to all visitors and callers. The position is the “point person” in support of the Calo Leadership team in accomplishing a variety of administrative duties. The Office Manager is highly interactive and requires the utmost professionalism and customer services. To be successful, the Office Manager must be adept at communication as they will be at the center of many campus operations and influence campus rhythms.
This role will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership, demonstrated strengths in working as part of a team, confidentiality, diplomacy, and tactfulness are imperative to be successful in this position while obtaining professionalism and a strong customer focus.
