Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Your Role:

As a Sales Representative at Tuxedo Yard Care, you'll be the heart of our sales operations. You'll focus on keeping our customers happy through every step of their journey, from the initial cold call to post-sale follow-ups. Your main goal will be to secure new accounts while ensuring the satisfaction of our existing ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and fulfill existing accounts and obtain new ones
• Maintain positive and proactive customer relationships
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members across departments
• Engage in effective cold calling and lead follow-up
• Utilize technology confidently and learn new software as needed
• Exhibit excellent time management skills
• Communicate effectively through calls, texts, and emails
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our services and packages
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our database

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Fast typing skills (50 wpm)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in telephone sales and/or customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
