Experience:
- Previous experience as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Proficiency in coding and documentation for billing purposes
- Strong patient assessment skills, including the ability to identify mental health disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledge of critical care principles and basic life support techniques
- Ability to work in acute care settings and provide emergency psychiatric interventions
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to prescribe medications based on patient needs
- Experience working with senior care populations is a plus
