Psychologist - Ph.D evaluates patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Diagnoses disorders, including nature and extent, and determines the appropriate course of treatment for the patient. Being a Psychologist - Ph.D uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a PhD in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - Ph.D requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - Ph.D works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. We seek a licensed psychologist for full- or part-time positions in our Henrico, Virginia, location.
Compensation:- The salary range for this position is $104,100 to $156,100 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Clear and active license in the state of Virginia
- Two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients.
- Experience with Families and Couples Therapy
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
- W2 Position - Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
- Prescribing providers on-site for collaborative care.
