Purpose:
The role is crucial in managing Capital Vacations' public reputation and ensuring a positive online image. You will be responsible for monitoring and influencing our digital footprint across various online platforms, including search engines, social media, and review sites. The individual will play a vital role in orchestrating the brand's narrative, executing social media strategies, and proactively addressing reputation issues. Your dedication to excellence and adaptability in our fast-paced environment will be instrumental in safeguarding and enhancing our brand reputation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Management Activities:
Analyze reputation factors and report on brand sentiment by monitoring online mentions, reviews, and feedback across multiple platforms.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reputation management processes and procedures.
Contribute to the brands reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from different outlets, including search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums.
Create an amazing customer experience by providing positive content via online messages, posts, and email.
Recognize possible negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution tactics to solve issues.
Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats.
Examine the facts surrounding social media (negative) comments to provide positive and professional responses. Track reputation issues that require escalation and resolution, collaborating with internal teams to craft proper resolution.
Submit regular reports to the management.
Public Relations Activities:
Implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Assist in crisis communication planning and online response.
Social Media Activities:
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and community management.
Gather and report on social media metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Coordinate with content creation teams to approve social media calendar and content.
Coordinate social media content shoots.
All other duties as assigned.
