As the Facilities Purchasing and Inventory Clerk, you will enjoy regular weekday work hours and excellent benefits while helping our team deliver our maintenance needs to our many customers. You will be responsible for purchasing and inventory of maintenance-required items, contracts and materials for apartment renovation, and documentation to support accounting activities. Utilization of project material purchasing software and work order systems with resulting excellent documentation and record keeping is essential.

Your skills needed are; excellent communications, and Microsoft products. Prior office experience in a maintenance or facilities department is desired, but not necessary. Prior office experience with purchasing and inventory clerk responsibilities is essential.
