Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve software defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies in the QA process
- Perform quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure software meets defined requirements
- Execute user acceptance testing to validate software functionality
- Utilize JDBC, TFS, PL/SQL, and other tools for efficient testing processes
- Conduct unit testing to validate individual components of software applications
- Test APIs for seamless integration and functionality
- Utilize Jira for defect tracking and project management

Skills:

- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and best practices
- Proficient in user acceptance testing processes
- Familiarity with JDBC, TFS, PL/SQL for testing purposes
- Ability to conduct unit testing effectively
- Experience testing APIs for integration purposes
- Proficiency in utilizing Jira for defect tracking and project management
