Quality Assurance Coordinator - Healthcare jobs in Hawaii

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, responsible for providing support by coordinating assigned projects related to Facilities Services and overall operations.

Minimum three (3) years of work experience in healthcare, healthcare administration or related field. Requires contacts both inside and outside at all organizational levels. Requires ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals to obtain results.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Able to prepare surveys and reports.
• Able to gather, compile, analyze and present data.
• Data entry and computer systems experience required. Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), statistical and database software programs required.
• Working knowledge of healthcare facility management related regulations
