The Quality Assurance Manager is primarily responsible to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve both the systems and procedures that are directly responsible for the control and efficient performance of all quality monitoring systems. The systems are in place to ensure the quality of the manufactured part from order entry, through shipment of the product to the customer. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for coordinating with the Manufacturing Engineering team to develop the control parameters for operational inspection procedures to ensure the part is being produced to the control drawing. The Quality Assurance Manager is also accountable for communicating the overall quality standard that is acceptable to Sisson Engineering Corp. to all employees.

Education:
A degree in a business, management, manufacturing, or engineering discipline is preferred but directly related experience may be substituted. The Quality Assurance Manager should be willing to pursue additional training to sharpen any skills and to overcome any skill deficiencies.
Experience:
A minimum of five years experience in an environment where the maintenance and application of a high integrity Quality Assurance System is in place.
