Being a Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. reviews and analyzes customer complaints. Helps train staff on new or improved clinical practices. Additionally, Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. requires an associate's degree/bachelor's degree and is licensed to practice nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Key Responsibilities as a Licensed Independent Medicare Insurance Agent:

    • Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting the right Medicare insurance plan.
    • Uphold CMS and carrier requirements.

    Position Requirements:

    • An active Health Insurance License (NPN required).
    • Past sales experience (any industry)
    • Current AHIP certification.
    • Licensed in at least 3 states before starting with Assurance.
    • A history of compliant insurance sales.
    • Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset with microphone.
    • Active E&O Insurance.

    Time Commitment:

    While you have the freedom to determine your work schedule, we recommend a commitment of at least 20 hours per week to optimize success.

    Compensation:

    As an Independent Insurance Agent, your earning potential is driven by your efforts. You can reasonably expect earnings between $30,000 - $100,000 per year, based on hours worked, commissions, and bonus opportunities.

    Please note, eligibility to participate in the bonus or commission plans is subject to the rules governing those programs whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and/or organizational performance.

    This independent agent position is commission-based; however, agents committing between 10 and 50 hours of work per week may anticipate compensation within the above range.

    Assurance adheres to state and city laws regarding salary range postings for positions.
