Quality Control Analyst jobs in Missouri
Quality Control Analyst performs various scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards. Conducts and validates various biological and chemical quality control (QC) assays. Being a Quality Control Analyst compiles, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. May be responsible for establishing specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Quality Control Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Summary
Serve in Quality Control Analyst role on a team using Agile Development processes in support of the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS).
Duties- Review requirements from customer.
- Develop Quality Control Test Plans and testing artifacts.
- Execute Quality Control testing on developed software to validate requirements are being met and software works properly from user perspective.
- Document Quality Control issues and track to resolution.
- Assist Operations Team Chief with managing Quality Control efforts.
- Interact with SME as necessary for Quality Control efforts.
- Build and maintain effective working relationship with customer and all stakeholders.
There is no clearance requirement for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience reviewing and decomposing requirements.
- Experience conducting user testing of software.
- Experience documenting and tracking testing issues to resolution.
- Experience with supporting program activities using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage a range of tasks in an environment of shifting priorities.
- US Citizen and ability to achieve favorable background check.
- Experience creating and delivering client briefings and status reports.
- Experience developing and presenting project schedules with milestones. Experience with Agile process, project tracking software like JIRA, and collaboration environments like SharePoint or Confluence
