- Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
- Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in a manufacturing environment, semi-conductor sector, preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the semi-conductor sector.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Experience using ERP systems, Infor preferred.
- Advance level of expertise with Excel
