Job Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Safety Compliance Inspector, you will have senior responsibility for directing the quality control department while exercising excellent attention to detail to identify safety and quality hazards. This position oversees testing and inspection processes as well as quality verification procedures. The position will develop, implement, and enforce department policies and verify that staff are upholding quality/safety standards.
Essential Functions:
-Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality control and inspection
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in quality assurance or quality control is a plus
