Four Tribes is in search of a Construction Quality Control Manager with a minimum of 5 years of QC experience on federal government construction projects with civil engineering background. Must be hands on, self motivated, and ready to work.

Candidates must have:

• Must be USACE QCM certified
• Ability to follow company standards
• Must be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Aptitude to build strong relations with customers
• Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management
• Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents
• Ability to write submittals, RFI’s and work plans
• Monitor all materials to ensure items match submittals and be prepared to reject
• Inspect onsite activities of subcontractors and vendors
• Have a complete understanding of scope of work, plans and specs
• Provides the three (3) phases of quality control
• Provide daily QC reports to owner and FTE personnel
• Support Pre-Construction documentation
• Willingness to travel
