**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards and regulations.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols

- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify defects or deviations

- Analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with CGMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards

- Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns promptly

- Train staff on quality control processes and procedures

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Proven experience in quality systems, control, and assurance

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Knowledge of HACCP principles and quality inspection techniques

-Knowledge of GMP

-Comfortable in a temperature controlled environment

- Familiarity with fabricating processes is a plus

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
