As a leadership role this position is responsible for collaboration in all areas of the business operations as it relates to quality and performance improvement activities. This position has oversight of accreditation requirements and reporting (TJC, PCMH, NCQA), annual program reporting to government agencies (UDS, HEIDIS, CPC), and an opportunity to share and celebrate the great work our providers do at NHA!
