Overview:

We are seeking to expand kitchen staf at the Quarry Restaurant! As a cook, you are responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines. Cooks are responsible for the preparation of food for restaurant customers

Duties:

• Cleaning: Washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Storing: Ensuring food and other items are stored properly at the correct temperature
• Preparing: Preparing ingredients for menu items, following recipes, and preparing food according to guest specifications
• Monitoring: Ensuring food portions and presentation meet company standards, and monitoring supplies
• Resolving: Efficiently resolving problems with customers' orders
• Leading: Managing other kitchen employees, and coordinating food preparation with restaurant managers and front of house staff
