Ranch Manager manages the overall daily operations of a farm/ranch. Provides supervision and direction to staff. Being a Ranch Manager is responsible for purchasing tools, equipment and materials. Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Employee reviews
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage phone systems and handle customer inquiries
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
Experience:
- Proven experience in medical/veterinary office management is preferred
- Strong event planning skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and handling customer inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and train staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures
- Familiarity with training development processes
- Strong clerical skills
