Responsibilities include :
Starting pay $11.40 / hr. (plus tips when dealing)
- Coordinates all Poker operations on assigned shift.
- Responsible for the supervision of the Poker Room.
- Adheres to departmental and company policies and procedures regarding guest service standards; trains and mentors all team members to ensure service standards are met.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of the game supervised.
- Ensures utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
- Ensures compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls.
- Ensures proper inventory of cheques on Poker to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
- Completes play evaluation sheet at specific levels of win or loss.
- Communicates all information regarding section to incoming Poker Supervisor.
- Maintains equipment within section.
- Ensures the integrity of games in assigned section.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
