General Summary of Job Duties
As a Multi Game Dual Rate Dealer, you will be supporting the Table Games department. This position will report to the Table Games Manager.
Essential Job Function and Duties

Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.

Assist in tracking play and game observation.

Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).

Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.

Always present oneself as a credit to the Casino Fandango and encourages others to do the same.

Demonstrate a positive acceptance in demanding scheduling needs.

Be courteous, kind and patient with each other.

Must maintain excellent customer service skills.

Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.

Maintain an open line of communication with Management.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and vendors.

Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

Must pass an audition displaying adequate gaming skills in all games played.

Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests demands in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of each shift.

Must be able to perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately.

Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- High school diploma or GED is required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.

Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.
