Position Summary
The Beef Technical Specialist will support commercial growth of Zinpro Beef sales by leveraging beef industry knowledge, beef cattle management understanding, and nutritional expertise.
This person will provide technical training to the sales team and global customers, ensuring all are well-equipped to promote and sell.
The Beef Technical Specialist will be responsible for working alongside account managers and independently to grow, develop, and implement sales and account strategies to achieve sales growth.
Additionally they will contribute to building our global strategy for beef and collaborate with technical and research teams.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The work environment consists of multiple different environments : standard office, long periods in a motor vehicle, farms, exposure to animals and animal products, manufacturing facilities, heat / cold conditions and / or at client / customer facilities.
Positions in this class typically require typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Sedentary Work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Schedule Requirements
This position is expected to work within core business hours and requires participation in after-hours and weekend calls, customer / client events & meetings, and industry events.
Travel Requirements
This position requires an estimated 50-75% travel, which will likely vary week to week, and may be higher depending on business needs.
Required travel is primarily within the US and will include occasional international travel.
