    About the Position:

    • The attorney will work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing, and financing.
    • Great opportunity for attorneys coming from large firms looking for lower billable hours target or those from boutiques/mid-size firms.
    • Practice has remained busy through the recent downturn in CRE transactions.


    Key Requirements:

    • 4 years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated practice.
    • JD from accredited school and ability to become barred in NC.
    • Open to considering Associates at the mid/senior level or more senior attorneys (8 years) looking for an established practice and clients.
