```Duties```
- Assist clients in buying and selling of residential real estate.
- Conduct market research to determine property values.
- Create and maintain listings of available properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- MUST BE LICENSED or soon to be licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Associate Broker.-

- MUST RESIDE IN EL PASO COUNTY COLORADO.

- This is a 100% commission 1099 position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 50 per week
