Rosenberg Martin Greenberg has an immediate need for a full-time paralegal (35-hour work week) with land use/zoning and real estate experience.
Land Use/Zoning work will include researching zoning records and due diligence, completing liquor license applications and renewals, filing lobbyist registrations and annual activity reports, coordinating signposting and newspaper advertisements for hearings, preparing for and attending hearings, and making regular trips to various government agencies, including the Liquor Board and Zoning Office, to file licenses and permits and to pull zoning records.
Real Estate work will include filing UCCs, drafting corporate formation documents, recording documents with land records office and SDAT, title and survey work, editing closing documents, preparing closing binders, and other corporate/transactional support as needed.
We are looking for a bright, energetic team player who also has the ability to work independently on multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be an organized, quick learner with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
